Ginger and chilli orange marmalade

The orange marmalade with ginger and chilli is produced with selected untreated citrus fruits from the internal area of the Amalfi coast, to which are added fresh ginger and spicy chilli. The processing of the oranges is completely manual, so as not to have an oxidation of the product and obtain the zestes of such dimensions as to be candied after cooking. The production is linked to the seasonality that goes from January to the end of March, it is in this period that citrus fruits offer the best of organoleptic properties making this jam truly unique. It is excellent with aged cheeses and for connoisseurs, tasted with extra dark chocolate and spirits.
